1: This four day itinerary focused on Christian heritage and Christian Pilgrimage sites in Israel. The itinerary is designed for tourists who have already arrived in Israel and settled into their hotel in Jerusalem.
Day 1, Jerusalem Old City
Begin in Jerusalem at the Mount of Olives for a panoramic overview of Jerusalem. From here, it's a short walk to Dominus Flevit and then a walk (or drive) to the Church of All Nations and the Garden of Gethsemane.
Continue to the Temple Mount, to the Western Wall. On Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays you can see Bar Mitzva ceremonies at the Western Wall. Visit St. Stephen's Gate, also known as Lion's Gate, and visit the Pool of Bethesda, the site of the miraculous healing of a paralyzed man by Jesus, then visit the Church of St. Anne, where Christian groups sing hymns as they visit.
Walk or roll along the Via Dolorosa passing the Stations of the Cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Afterwards wander through the Old City markets, enjoying its sights, sounds and aromas as you hunt and bargain for souvenirs .
Continue to Mount Zion and visit the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu, King David's Tomb, the Room of the Last Supper and the Church of the Dormition where Mary fell in to eternal sleep.

Day 2 Outside Jerusalem, Massada
Travel out of Jerusalem and into the Judean Desert to stopping at Qumran where in the nearby caves the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered.
Next stroll through a biblical oasis with a spring and waterfalls at Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, where David hid from Saul.
In the afternoon, take the cable-car to the top of Massada the mountain fortress and one of Israel's most important symbols.
End your day in downtown Jerusalem, rolling in the pedestrian malls of Ben Yehuda Street and Nahalat Shiva, enjoying the shops, cafes and restaurants that are favorites with Jerusalemites.

Day 3, Jaffa and the Sea of Galilee
After breakfast leave Jerusalam and drive west to Jaffa. Jaffa is the ancient seaport for the biblical story of Jonah and the whale, the port in for Solomon's import of the cedars of Lebanon. Visit Jaffa's fishing port, St. Peter's Church, and the artists quarter. Stop at the Azrieli Center for a panoramic view of Tel Aviv.
After your stop in Tel Aviv continue to Caesarea National Park, the home of Philip the Evangelist, and where Paul was imprisoned and appeared before Festus, Felix and King Agrippa.
Tour the Roman theater, the hippodrome, promenade and view the "Caesarea Experience," about the city's history.
Cross the Galilee Mountains for an overview of the Sea of Galilee from Arbel National Park. Overnight in the Sea of Galilee region.
Day 4, Christian holy sites around the Sea of Galilee,
After breakfast visit to the Christian holy sites around the Sea of Galilee, The Mount of Beatitudes, Capernaum, Tabha, and Bethsaida. Next visit the Yigal Alon Museum at Kibbutz Ginosar to see a display of the wooden Galilee Boat from the time of Jesus.
In the afternoon drive via Cana, scene of Jesus' first miracle, to Nazareth - childhood town of Jesus. Visit the Basilica of the Annunciation; the Church of St. Joseph; Mary's Well; the Church of St. Gabriel; and the reconstructed Nazareth Village. Bethlehem and Dead Sea
Day of guided activities using a local guide and private car. Today
travel to Bethlehem to visit the religious sites and to and stroll along
the panoramic Hass promenade. Next participate in a special experience
by planting a tree with your own hands in the Judean Hills. Following
your visit, travel out of Jerusalem to the Dead Sea by way of the Judean
Desert. Todays tour escorts you backward in time some 2500 years to
experience the lifestyle and environment of Abraham's days. At the lowest
point on earth spend the afternoon exploring, swimming at a health club
or floating in the salty water. Return to Jerusalem for overnight.
Old Jerusalem, self experience touring
Day of independent activities in Jerusalem to visit the old city at
your leisure. Today is an excellent opportunity to visit the old city
and wander through the ancient enclosed passageways. Revisit the Dome
of the Rock, the Tower of David at the Jerusalem Museum, the Dung Gate
or the Western Wall.
Jerusalem to Tiberias
Pick up rental car and drive towards Tiberias via the old Roman Road.
Depart Jerusalem to the North by way of the rarely visited Eastern slopes
of the tribes Benjamin and Efrayim. Enter the Jordan Valley via Maale
Efrayim where you may choose to visit the Crocodile Farm. On the way
view the St. George Monastery and arrive in Jericho, the oldest city
in the world, where you may wish to visit the excavation (not very accessible)
and the Tel. Continue along the Jordan Valley to Bet-Alpha where you
can visit the beautiful mosaic floor in their 6th century synagogue.
Proceed on to the Sea of Galilee in Tiberias. Overnight in Tiberias.
Tiberias and Golan Heights
