CHILD POLICY:
• Child supplements are ON REQUEST and apply when a child between 3 and 12 years is sharing with 2 full paying adults with a maximum of 2 children in the room. A child sharing with a single adult is charged the normal per person rate. Children sharing 0-2 years are free and meals paid directly to the hotel.
All of our wheelchair accessible vacations are created for self-drive by standard rental car or by chauffeur driven accessible van. Self drive accessible vans are not available for hire in Scotland. Self drive accessible vans can be delivered from England. For

Burrell Collection
In the heart of Pollok Country Park, this award- winning building houses a unique collection in a beautiful woodland setting. Our displays range from work by major artists including Rodin, Degas and Cézanne, to important examples of late medieval art, Chinese and Islamic art, Ancient Civilizations and more. The collection is named after its donor, the shipping magnate Sir William Burrell. It's one of the greatest collections ever created by one person, comprising over 8000 objects. The Burrell regularly hosts temporary exhibitions, and runs an extensive program of events and activities for both adults and families with children.
Gallery of Modern Art
Housed in an elegant 18-century neo-classical building in the heart of Glasgow, the Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA) offers a thought-provoking program of temporary exhibitions featuring cutting-edge contemporary work by local, national and international artists. GoMA runs a major biennial program addressing social issues, and regularly supports and hosts the work of collaborative arts projects between communities and artists. GoMA's public program, including artists' talks, workshops, projects and regular family activities, offers people of all ages a chance to explore contemporary art and to realize their own artistic potential. The gallery shares its city centre location with the Library at GoMA, which boasts a café, free internet access terminals, and an extensive collection of art and design books alongside its general books for loan.
Kelvingrove Gallery and Museum
One of Scotland's most visited attraction is a magnificent building with 22 themed, state-of- the-art galleries displaying an astonishing 8000 objects. The internationally significant collections are extensive and wide-ranging, covering natural history, arms and armor, art from many art movements and periods of history, and much, much more. There is even a real Spitfire! Kelvingrove welcomes families with children, and its displays have been designed with children in mind. There are lots of interactive's throughout the venue that will appeal to younger audiences. Visitors to Kelvingrove can enjoy its cafes and shops, and make use of its Study Centre and Library to find out more about Glasgow Museums' collections and carry out research online.
Glasgow Cathedral, also called St Mungo's Cathedral, is today a congregation of the Church of Scotland in Glasgow. Originally a Roman Catholic Cathedral, the building is a superb example of Scottish Gothic architecture. It is also one of the Scottish medieval churches to have survived the Reformation unscathed. The building is no longer a cathedral, since it has not been the seat of a bishop since 1690. However it is still a place of active Christian worship, hosting a Church of Scotland congregation. The building itself is in the ownership of the Crown, maintained by Historic Scotland and is also a popular destination for tourists. The guiding season starts on 1 May. There are several volunteer guides available to show visitors round the Cathedral. From October to April there are no guides and the bookstall is closed.
Wheelchair accessible Oban and Western Highlands Tour
Our wheelchair accessible tour leaves Glasgow and dives straight into the countryside, traveling up Loch Lomond (the largest expanse of fresh water in Britain) to stop off at the conservation village of Luss. We then head deep into the Highlands, passing through breathtaking scenery (including views along Loch Awe, the longest in Scotland). The countryside you'll pass through is dotted with historic sites and monuments such as the haunting Kilchurn Castle (historically a stronghold of the Campbell clan) and the Pass of Brander (where Robert the Bruce had a notable victory. As we tour north, we'll stop so you can take some fantastic photographs. By lunchtime, you'll have reached Oban and we'll have time to explore this Victorian seaside town and try some of the freshest seafood you'll ever taste. The town is overlooked by McCaig's Tower, a spectacular folly with over 90 arches. You don't have to climb to the tower to enjoy stunning sea views to Mull and Kerrara. On the way back to Glasgow, visit the seat of the Campbell Clan at Inverarary, where we'll stop so that you can enjoy ice cream, homemade sweets and coffee and drink in the beauty of Loch Fyne. By the time you get home, your head will be swimming with tales of William Wallace and Robert the Bruce.

Loch Ness tour from Glasgow
If you only have one day to explore outside Glasgow and want to get to the heart of what Scotland has to offer, then our wheelchair accessible Loch Ness tour will give you big adventures, big highland scenery and big fun. Travel through the majestic scenery of the 'homelands of the clans' and pass under the shadow of Scotland's highest mountain. We're never ones to follow the crowd and we make sure that the whole trip is full of unique and special moments. Our first stop in the Highlands is the beautiful village of Pitlochry for the best Scottish homemade cakes we've every found. Next stop for lunch in Loch Ness. Here you can have a leisurely lunch at a family-run restaurant overlooking the waters or grab a picnic and take a cruise. The Loch Ness Cruise is an optional expense and subject to seasonal availability. In the afternoon stand at the mouth of Glen Coe and learn about the MacDonald clan and the cries of betrayal echoing from the surrounding mountains. By the time you make it back to Edinburgh, you'll have glimpsed the iconic railway bridge crossing the Firth of Forth and have seen the empty wilds of the Cairngorms National Park; you'll have traveled through the breathtaking countryside where they filmed the BBC's world-famous 'Monarch of the Glen' TV series and your head will be swimming with tales of William Wallace and Robert the Bruce. Travel and sightseeing time is 12 hours duration.
